You will be responsible for the administration.

Duties and responsibilities:

First point of contact for customers 
Booking in vehicles for repairs 
Administer all types of claims
Carry out customer updates
Administer cash and card payments 
Cleansing of the management system 
Invoicing 
Support other team members as required 

The ideal candidate will have experience within the accident repair industry or a similar role within the motor trade.
You will need to be thorough, methodical and organised. A strong team player, and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be of the highest order.
