We want someone who will be based in office for a high percentage of the time, handling property maintenance and trade jobs and contracts, processing applicants applications and referencing, so the need to go out on appointments will a low priority, but not discounted as part of the job.

We want someone with a long history of office administration and general office experience (not necessarily from a Lettings background, although that would be advantageous) but to fit our dynamic, they do need to have done all of their moving around and will ideally be looking for stability and a long-term career with the same firm. Hence, we want office experience over a lettings ‘neg’ looking for career progression and commission.
