Lead Service Advisor
Must have 3 to 4 years minimum service experience.
Someone who is looking for that next step up.
Aftersales team consists of 1 service advisor, 1 workshop controller and 4 techs.
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
Salary depending on experience.
- Extensive experience in a Service Advisor Role or Customer Complaints role;
- Experience in dealing with difficult customers and problem solving;
- Brand Experience;
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service;
- Knowledge of the Motor industry, parts and service;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to communicate equally with mechanics, customers and senior management;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
