Lead Service Advisor

Must have 3 to 4 years minimum service experience.

Someone who is looking for that next step up.

Aftersales team consists of 1 service advisor, 1 workshop controller and 4 techs.

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Alternate Saturdays 

Salary depending on experience.

Person Specification:

  • Extensive experience in a Service Advisor Role or Customer Complaints role;
  • Experience in dealing with difficult customers and problem solving;
  • Brand Experience;
  • Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service;
  • Knowledge of the Motor industry, parts and service;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to communicate equally with mechanics, customers and senior management;
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
