The applicant manager will support and assist our experienced sales negotiators in driving the business forward by creating excellent customer relationships, introducing our amazing new stock via different marketing channels and to arrange for viewings.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven consultant to work with some of the finest properties in North West London on a Monday to Friday basis, to work alongside our Director and play a vital role for the leading independent boutique agency in St. John’s Wood.

The role of “Applicant Manager” would include:

  • Contacting warm leads via email, telephone, whatsapp
  • Create new applicants, maintain buyer relationships and add to extensive database
  • Keeping applicants up to date with latest stock via various marketing channels
  • Arranging viewings for Sales Negotiators
  • New leads added to LonRes and Encore database and email all matches on LonRes.
  • Keeping track of viewings booked and applicants registered
  • Viewing feedback with applicants and make sure other suitable properties are discussed also.
  • Make sure all Zoopla/Rightmove inbound enquiries have been followed up promptly and kept in touch with on a regular basis.
